Vibration control

For a long time before thermografical analysis had its introduction in the technical diagnostics, the vibration measuring technique was already a firm component in the condition monitoring. Their acceptance suffered long time under the multiplicity of necessary measurements and difficult interpretation, which is now substantially simplified by the employment of special software.

We measure exclusively in the 3-axis process, which offers the possibility to grasp and interpret movements in all dimensions. In this way we understand the processes in the machine better and can work out the crucial answers for you.

The evaluation includes in each case an overview of the overall level as well as a written assessment of the spectra. The spectra are shown and explained in the case of detected deficiencies. After the second series of measurements, trends are formed and evaluated.
