Drive Stress Test

The main drives are the heart of a machine. A damage may leads to break down for a longer period. This must be prevented.

Some faults could be serious detected with during a thermografical and condition monitoring checkup. But whats about the deeper fault sources? Therefore it is neccessary to take a look after the electromagnetical processes inside the drives. According to the usage of frequency convertors and numbers of switched power supplies the quality of the public grid is sometimes disturbed. This may lead to expensive break downs.

The regular checkup at the manufactor or drive service company is time consuming. Further the costs for demounting and transport are higher than an inspection with the Drive Stress Test on site.
